My Department keeps the National Tourism Development Authority Act under review on an on-going basis and amends it where it is deemed appropriate or necessary, including as a result of tourism policy developments. In this regard, I currently have no proposed amendments to the National Tourism Development Authority Act, which was most recently amended in 2016.
