Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation the date of each review and revision of the material published under the publication scheme of her Department as outlined in section 8 of the Freedom of Information Act 2014; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe Freedom of Information publication scheme for the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation was last updated and published via its website in August 2018. In line with the provisions of section 8(1)(c) of the FOI act, 2014 the scheme will be reviewed again within 3 years of that date. Material published under the scheme is updated on an ongoing basis.
