177. Deputy Marc MacSharry asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform further to Parliamentary Question No. 153 of 1 October 2019, when a determination will be made on the appeal (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [48654/19]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs stated previously this appeal case relates to the awarding of pension increases by the company concerned. A request from the company seeking a pension increase is being considered at present by my Department. The outcome of this request may feed into the deliberations on the determination in this case. Accordingly, a determination on this case will be made as soon as possible following the outcome of the pension increase request.
In the interim, my Department has been in contact with the complainant in order to take matters forward.
