422. Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of persons to date on waiting lists for driver tests in counties Cavan and Monaghan; the length of time they have been waiting; the stage they are at in the application process in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
