Deputy Anne Rabbitte asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the reason Tusla used the definition of a competent person in its guide to fire and planning requirements for early years services re-registration and change of circumstances process document as it is defined in the code of practice for inspecting and certifying buildings and works, as opposed to the definition outlined in the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
