972. Deputy Duncan Smith asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the status of an application for jobseeker’s allowance by a person (details supplied); if same will be expedited; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [10585/20]
Amharc ar fhreagraAccording to the records of my Department, the person concerned was awarded a Jobseeker’s Allowance payment of €203 per week with effect from 24/03/2020. A payment for €2,469.80 covering the period 24/03/2020 to 16/06/2020 was paid to his nominated bank account on 10/06/2020.
I trust this clarifies the matter.
