Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Transport the number of learner drivers disqualified in 2018, 2019 and to date in 2020 having exceeded the maximum seven penalty points; the number that surrendered their permit in each year to the RSA; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
