302. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if documentation submitted by a person (details supplied) showing grazing rights for a 2020 basic payment scheme will be accepted; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30782/20]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe documentation received from the person named is sufficient to ensure that the has enough eligible land to cover entitlements held under the Basic Payment Scheme in 2020.
Officials from my Department have been in contact with the person named on a number of occasions this week to discuss the issues relating to the commonage in question.
