805. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will address a matter (details supplied) regarding forestry planting; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [34706/20]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department is fully aware of the issue raised. A replanting order was issued in May 2019 to the landowner in question which included removing the trees too close to the dwelling. To date, this replanting order has not been complied with and the Department is now taking legal advice on how best to progress the matter.
