580. Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Social Protection the position regarding an application for Covid-19 pandemic unemployment payment by a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [36572/20]
Amharc ar fhreagraAccording to the records of my Department, a Covid-19 Pandemic Unemployment Payment has been awarded to the person concerned at a weekly rate of €300 from 16/10/2020 and will be paid into his nominated bank account on 17/11/2020. All arrears due will be paid by the end of this week.
I trust this clarifies the matter.
