680. Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Health the body that will be carrying out the inquiry into the use of the epilepsy drug sodium valproate; and if he will provide the terms of reference for that enquiry [39836/20]
Amharc ar fhreagraI have asked officials in my Department to examine a number of different options for the structure of this inquiry. The terms of reference have yet to be decided, but I have emphasised that testimonies from families affected by disabilities associated with the drug will need to be central to the process.
