Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection the progress to date in the determination of an application for a domiciliary care allowance in the case of a person (details supplied); when the application will be brought to a conclusion; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraAn application for Domiciliary Care Allowance (DCA) was received from the person concerned on the 19th November 2020. Applications are processed in date of receipt order; currently applications received in mid October are being finalised. This application will be considered by a deciding officer in due course and the decision notified to her as soon as possible.
