270. Deputy Jennifer Whitmore asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the progress made in establishing the wildlife crime unit; the funding being allocated to the new unit; the resources including the number and types of staff due to be allocated to the new unit; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It is proposed to establish this dedicated Unit during 2021. Details in relation to staffing resources and funding have not been determined at this time.
