Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Health if his attention has been drawn to the discrepancy between the treatment of trainee educational psychologists and trainee clinical psychologists with both cohorts working in healthcare settings but with the latter receiving a substantial payment of college fees by the HSE and paid work throughout their programmes; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
