Deputy Mairéad Farrell asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the steps open to a seaweed harvester who wishes to register seaweed harvesting rights on their folio which abuts the shoreline from which they harvest seaweed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
