Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Transport the status of plans by the Road Safety Authority which were first proposed in 2015, to name disqualified drivers; the outcome of the latest research commissioned by the RSA in 2019 and due to be completed by the end of March 2021 in relation to whether the publication of driver details can proceed; the timeframe for publication of the findings of this report; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
