Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media if she has developed the specific guidance with the relevant sectors as promised in the Living with Covid Plan published on 15 September 2020 to take account of size and different conditions of very large purpose built event facilities for holding organised indoor and outdoor gatherings and larger events as foreseen under levels 1 and 2 of the Plan; if not, the reason; and when the specific guidance will be developed.
