Deputy Neale Richmond asked the Minister for Finance the number of persons paying professional services withholding tax in 2018, 2019 and 2020; the overall amount of tax paid by way of the tax for each of those years; the average amount of the tax paid by persons who fall into this category; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
