Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Transport further to Parliamentary Question No. 26 of 15 June 2021, if he will clarify the process for deciding who the successful candidate is; when the forum election will take place; the meaning of anti-competitive collusion or collective action; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
