304. Deputy John Lahart asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media the reason an organisation (details supplied) has received no response or acknowledgement to its submission in January 2021 for funding for the refurbishment of an arena. [37373/21]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe submission referred to by the Deputy was never received in the relevant sections of my Department. I understand this was due to the size of the file submitted and the use of email to transmit same. Officials in my Department have subsequently engaged directly with the organisation referred to and received a version of the submission last week. My Department is now examining this submission and will continue to engage directly with the organisation on the matter.
