75. Deputy Paul Kehoe asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications the agencies and State organisations under his Department that are receiving State funding that do not have to declare salaries of employees under the 2016 code of governance; and if he will make a statement on the matter. All of the bodies under the aegis of my Department that receive State funding  are obliged to comply with the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies  Business and Financial Reporting Requirements and publish the required salary details of employees in their annual report and/or financial statements.
