Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications if his Department has utilised the services of organisations (details supplied) at any time from 1 January 2015 to date; if so, the expenditure costs related to same; the purpose of any such engagements; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Between the period  January 2015 to date, my Department utilised the services of Common Purpose Ireland on one occasion. This was in relation to the participation of a staff member at  Principal Officer level in the Meridian Programme 2018/2019. The expenditure for this course was €5,500.
