Deputy Jennifer Whitmore asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications if he will issue a Ministerial policy directive under section 29 of the Planning Development Act 2000 to An Bord Pleanála that reflects the Government statement on the importation of fracked gas which includes a moratorium on the development of LNG terminals pending the review of supply.
