Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Health when each day care centre for service users with a mental health illness that remain closed will reopen by county in tabular form; the reason they have not reopened to date; the centres that have already reopened; his views on whether these centres are an essential part of the recovery process; and if he will request the HSE to reopen all such centres urgently.
