Amharc ar fhreagraThe HSE has statutory responsibility for decisions on pricing and reimbursement of medicines under the community drugs schemes, in accordance with the Health (Pricing and Supply of Medical Goods) Act 2013. As this is a service matter, I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond to the deputy directly, as soon as possible.
