Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the number and value all procurement contracts that took place by way of negotiated procedure without prior publication in 2020 and to date in 2021; and the date, value and purpose of each negotiated procedure contract in tabular form.
