Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Justice the number of prosecutions, fixed penalty notices or other sanctions that have been made under the Protection of Children’s Health (Tobacco Smoke in Mechanically Propelled Vehicles) Act 2014 each year since enactment by offence; the number of offences enforced by An Garda Síochána under the Act; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
