Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Finance if he or any official from his Department has held meetings or conducted correspondence with a company (details supplied) from 1 January 2017 to date; if his Department has engaged the services of the company for any purposes from 1 January 2017 to date; if so, the nature of such services and the costs incurred; if a tender process was conducted; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Deputy, in relation to your question concerning Kinzen Limited previously known as Neva Labs, I wish to advise that no meetings have been held and no correspondence has been conducted with this company, either by myself or by any official from my Department.

 I can also confirm that my Department has not engaged the services of Kinzen Limited previously known as Neva Labs and that no payment has been made to this company.
