Deputy Francis Noel Duffy asked the Minister for Transport if his Department will process and expedite the renewal of an SPSV licence for a person (details supplied) considering all necessary documents are intact and have been submitted, including confirmation that the renewal of their IRP card is being processed. Amharc ar fhreagraThe regulation of the small public service vehicle (SPSV) industry, including renewal of SPSV licences, is a matter for the National Transport Authority (NTA) under the provisions of the Taxi Regulation Act 2013.
