Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media if personnel in her Department have been removed from their positions, have been transferred to another role or had their employment terminated from 2011 to date due to breaches of Departmental standards or professional misconduct or incompetence; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I can inform the Deputy that since the establishment of my Department on 30 September 2020, no staff have been removed from their positions or have been transferred to another role or had their employment terminated due to breaches of Departmental standards on professional misconduct.
