Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Social Protection the date on which a company (details supplied) drew the attention of her Department to complaints and allegations against an employee of her Department; and if the employee’s attention was drawn to complaints and or allegations that formed part of a settlement with an employee of a company.
