Deputy Paul Kehoe asked the Minister for Health if there are plans to rectify the matter in relation to healthcare workers who have been unable to take their full entitlement of annual leave due to short-staffing issues or requested leave not being sanctioned by managers and who have had remaining leave at year end annulled with no permission to carry over leave; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
