283. Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Transport the number of persons who are waiting for a driving test and a theory test in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2417/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraUnder legislation, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) is the body responsible for the operation of the Theory Test and Driving Test. The information requested is held by the RSA. This question is therefore being referred to the Authority for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
