Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health when the increase due to Health Service Executive pensioners, a backdated 2% pay increase due from 1 October 2020 under the 2018 Public Service Agreement will be paid out; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
