730. Deputy Duncan Smith asked the Minister for Health if his Department or the HSE have mechanisms such as exit interviews to gauge the reason that occupational therapists have left employment in the HSE prior to retirement; the reason given for leaving the HSE; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
