Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if there is an honorary consul for the Ukraine in the State; and if not, if the Ukraine can have an honorary consul appointed to ensure that during the current crisis Ireland is prepared to meet the needs of the Irish-Ukrainians and Ukrainians living in Ireland and to ensure the optimum diplomatic and consular assistance required by the Ukrainian and Irish Ukrainian communities [10355/22]
