Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised that my Department has not brought any policy instructions or policy documents as outlined in this Parliamentary Question, to the attention of An Bord Pleanála since I came into office.
As the Deputy will be aware, planning matters in relation to Heritage issues were transferred to the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage in 2021.
