Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department has received correspondence from the EU Commission in relation to the General Scheme of the Housing and Planning and Development Bill 2019 and has been in further communication with the Commission in this regard. This correspondence and communication was in the context of, and falls under, an ongoing infringement procedure (Case 2012/4028) and is therefore confidential. Accordingly it would not be appropriate to release the correspondence and details of any specific issues raised as the case is still ongoing.
