Deputy Ruairí Ó Murchú asked the Minister for Health the number of nursing homes that applied for the special measures for safe visiting, temporary assistance payment scheme announced by him in December 2021; the number that were granted the funds; the total outlay by his Department on the measures; the checks that were carried out to ensure that the work was carried out; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
