462. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection the way that an alleged overpayment has occurred in the case of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [15822/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraFollowing the Deputy’s representation and given that the overpayment dates back to 2018, I have asked my officials to undertake a full review of the overpayment assessed against the person concerned. My officials will write to the person concerned detailing how the overpayment occurred and with the outcome of the review within the next two weeks.
