552. Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Social Protection the percentage of social media videos posted on each of her Departmental social media accounts or the social media accounts of public bodies and agencies that operate under her remit included closed captioning and or subtitling between 1 May 2021 and 30 April 2022, inclusive; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Between 01 May 2021 and 30 April 2022, 100% of the videos posted on the Department's social media accounts included subtitles.

During the same period, 100% of videos posted on the social media accounts of Citizen's Information Board, MABS and Abhaile included subtitles.

I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
