Deputy Mary Lou McDonald asked the Minister for Transport when he will complete his consideration of a request from the Dublin Port Company, in line with the provision of the Dublin Port superannuation scheme 1996, for his consent to a 2.5% increase in pensions in payment and in deferment under the scheme and if he will address the delay in concluding this matter.
