Deputy Rose Conway-Walsh asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science the number of processes of recognition-of-prior-learning that were used in each apprenticeship-type for the past three years; if the use of same has any impact on the level of support or incentive offered to employers; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
