Deputy Neasa Hourigan asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 716 of May 17 2022, the dates that the HSE estates department carried out its assessment of premises (details supplied) which led to its conclusion on 18 June 2021 that the building was irreparable; the exact nature of the building assessment; its duration; the qualifications of personnel carrying out the assessment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
