461. Deputy Sorca Clarke asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage when the investigation that he initiated into possible conflicts of interest at the national planning authority An Bord Pleanála is expected to conclude. [28831/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department published the terms of reference (attached) for the Report into the management of conflicts of interest and relevant disclosures by the Deputy Chairperson of An Bord Pleanála in relation to certain Decisions of that Board on the 12th of May 2022. In accordance with the terms of reference, Remy Farrell, Senior Counsel, is requested to provide a report to the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage within a period of 6 weeks from the 12th of May 2022.
