Deputy Aindrias Moynihan asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications if Inland Fisheries Ireland is actively monitoring Irish Water for compliance of court orders obtained on water pollution convictions against local authorities as operators of waste water treatment plants before the establishment of Irish Water; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
