Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if the cost of the additional Garda presence at Dublin Airport on the weekend beginning 4 June 2022 to supervise the security queues through departures has been reimbursed to the Exchequer; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I would suggest that the Deputy refer his question to the Minister for Justice, as the matter of an additional Garda presence at Dublin Airport and the cost arising is a matter for the Commissioner of An Garda Síochána and the Minister of Justice in the first instance.
