Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science for an update on the pension review of a person (details supplied); if he will provide clarity on this matter; if he will note that there has not been an update given to this person since 2017; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Communications between officials and the Higher Education Institution (HEI) concerned have been continuing in the case raised by the Deputy. The HEI concerned has informed officials that it is keeping the individual concerned abreast of matters.
