Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage the measures that have been put in place to assist local authorities and approved housing bodies to deal with construction sector inflation for contracts signed pre-2022, since 1 January 2022 and for contracts not yet signed but under consideration whether for construction or turnkey under the social housing investment programme, the capital assistance scheme, the capital advance leasing facility and the cost-rental equity loan programme.
