1. Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Taoiseach the number of staff who are abated under his Department in accordance with the Public Service Pensions (Single Scheme and Other Provisions) Act 2012, in tabular form. [38964/22]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department issues new entrants with a declaration regarding any previous service that they may have in the public / civil service and request that they declare any applicable pension in payment. My Department has one such case where the relevant Department was notified of the requirement for abatement.
